The Duarte Elks donated 780 dictionaries to all third graders in the Azusa Unified School District. Elks representative Donna McEntire explained to students at Murray that the Elks began the dictionary program six years ago. She showed them the longest word in the dictionary, which covers an entire page, and said when we hear the word google we think of the Internet but when it is spelled googol it is a very large number.  Pictured are Durate Elk members John McEntire, Donna McEntire, Jim Rentschler and Mike Rentschler along with Murray Principal Saida Valdez, teacher Irene Nava and students Omar Leon, Benjamin Cardenas, Zaira Chanax, Hugo Vazquez, Emily Velazquez and Andre Benavidez.
